What I like about this company is you are provided with opportunities to grow with the company. For instance, you can work your way up from being trained as a Behavior Therapist to a Senior Therapist. What I would also like to mention is the company does work with your student schedule. I have had a pleasant experience due to needing to take days off for residencyfor school. You do earn paid vacation and paid time off. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. The senior therapist are present to aid and answer questions. Our goal is to help each other out because we are a team. The administration and other staff are friendly and take time to help you. I plan on staying in this company until I received my degree as well as planning on having this establishment as my practicum and internship site.

Being a current employee, their are a couple of matters that I feel have been resolved and that was micromanaging. What I do not like is how we are open on the holidays, such as Labor day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, etc. This is troubling since my family does not live in Houston. Christmas day did not feel like Christmas day. Being open on holidays as well as being open when Houston was getting impacted by the latest tropical storm is the reason why I give this company four stars.
