Pros
People are mission-driven, committed to ending inequity in public education. The staff are young, high-energy, and friendly.
Cons
The management expects employees to work over 50 hours a week. There is no clear career advancement path. Expectations are unrealistic given the ever-changing nature of the work. It is a good company for flexible type-A personalities or young people in their 20's, not those who prioritize family.
