      Pros

      The residents. I also worked with some good people.

      Cons

      Wages, backstabbing, bad management, zero benefits, cutting corners. I'm about 99% sure the owners are benefiting from things that are meant for the residents. Management promotes infighting for some weird reason. Absolute favoritism by Management towards certain employees.
