Pros

The salary is slightly higher than can be expected. Modern office

Cons

No additional pay for extra hours we are forced to work. Lack of support - Thrown in the deep end mentality - where nobody is able to swim. Preferential treatment given to other departments. Corrupt and incestuous work environment Unfit management with ever-changing and pointless processes Required to break IATA rules and abuse GDS standards to increase revenue

Pros

The Los Angeles Office is great! Fast-paced environment - never gets boring. I love my team and look forward to coming to work every day. I would recommend TAG to anyone who wants a career and a work family. Great benefits and time off as well.

Cons

Can not think of any.

Pros

Exposure to entertainment/corporate travel logistics and gained resilience and patience navigating difficult leadership

Cons

TAG’s organizational culture shows clear signs of dysfunction. Managers frequently failed to follow even simple directions, choosing instead to complain rather than lead. Leadership leaned heavily on micromanagement without providing clear direction, leaving employees uncertain about expectations. Senior management was blunt but lacked tact, producing more friction than clarity, while managers often resorted to petty, passive-aggressive behavior. These same issues extended to the team level. Passive-aggressive behavior and lack of communication were common. The overall culture was sustained by politics, drama, and avoidance of responsibility, leaving little room for true professionalism or growth. Even while working from home, compensation was below industry standards, opportunities for advancement were unclear, and the environment overall was toxic and unproductive
