Pros

There's nothing positive about this company

Cons

This company is laughable. The ownership is a case study on exactly how to not run an company. The company is a lifestyle organization for the owner, and ownership is completely out of touch with the true state of anything inside the company. Tthey, however, feel they are still competent in making catastrophic decisions once every 6-12 months thus restarting the cycle.

Pros

Great perks, above average wage, incredible benefits, generous time off and bonuses. Employee appreciation shown daily by CEO.

Cons

Would like to see more cross training amongst employees for coverage when someone is out of the office. Also, can we try gluten free cupcakes for our next employee event. :)

Pros

I truly am a current employee (Judy K.). I have worked here for three years. Some of the posts I am reading on this site are clearly bogus (based on the verbage, titles and references used) and are likely completed by either trolls or employees who have been let go. Shame on them if they are ex-employees. Their bogus posts could potentially have a negative impact on this company and therefore people they used to respect and care for. I am hopeful employee candidates or potential clients understand there are people out there who just want to hate, lie and sabotage. Unfortunately, with the modern age, there are easily accessed forums for their ridiculousness. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and this is by far the best company I have ever worked. This is the first place I feel my hard work is valued from all directions. It is also the first place I actually trust the competence of the entire management team, especially our current CEO. I have the utmost confidence and zero complaints, except for maybe he works too hard and cares too much. I would not want his job. Difficult decisions definitely have to be made in support of continuous improvement, to grow the company and to meet our clients’ ever changing needs. We are a team from the bottom up and all around. We are so pleased with the products we support. We are so proud of the work we do every day to assist our clients and there is so much more we can do! I am excited about TAG’s potential and future! You should be too!

Cons

Continuous improvement for one and all.
