The work hours are good. If you need to survive on this income alone it can be very challenging. Volunteers seem to be happy with an extremely limited scope of the reality here. Horticulture interns get some value.

Terrible leadership and awful people, mostly in the office. This place will strip you of your self worth and self respect. Lots of toxic political talk which youre expected to cheer on and conform to. Some people are fake and some try to get ahead by making others look bad. It might feel like youre in hell but at least you can escape this one. Life significantly improves after the battery.
