Reduced employee discounts, they didn't take care of the 401k transition very professionaly, I got the letter 2 weeks after the deadline that I would lose my 401k options if not done by a specific date. They are denying responsibility for worker's comp injuries after they purchased our salons as it being Regis corp's responsibility since they're new owners. Prices were increased throughout the entire company even if considered high for the salon community. Employee discount on retail is the same as Mall employee discount. Commission harder to get every time minimum wage goes up. The managers are not trained properly by their district managers. No accountability when it comes to mistakes or lack of professionalism by the district managers.
