      Pros

      Great benefits and great people. They really know how to make you feel welcome and help you fit in with the company. They listen to your needs your needs and what you want out of the job.

      Cons

      Their salaries aren't as compatibly as other construction companies in the area. Very bureaucratic company with lots of different layers in the company.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
