Pros

Just some of the people that are left.

Cons

Berg puts on a good façade to their employees that they are in a good spot and they are going to prosper from their hard work they put in. In reality they don’t win jobs, no culture is made, benefits are a joke, no advancement opportunities, turnover seems like a weekly occurrence and leadership treats everyone as replaceable.

Pros

I have seen exciting changes over the last year. The company is growing and evolving. It looks nothing like it did a year ago, and that is invigorating. I appreciate and trust the leadership team as we move forward.

Cons

We have more work than we know what to do with and finding good people to join our team isn't easy.

Pros

Unmitigatedly terrible experience with no redeeming value as a company. I refer to my experiences with them as the "Year of Hell."

Cons

Executive management unable to take responsibility for extremely poor performance caused by their actions. Spent nearly a year getting screamed at about issues that occurred before I joined the team. Berg does not care about team building, team training, or professional development. Do not listen to anything they say about work/life balance or development. It is a lie. Just like the bonuses they screw you out of. If Berg makes you a promise, assume that they will never follow through. The Berg "Bait and Switch" is a real problem.
