      Toxic leadership. Terrible turnover. No processes. Constant rework. Leadership is more interested in their next private plane that the success of the company. Save your career and ignore this company.

      Bad times at Berg

      Pros

      The people I worked with were the only good thing about Berg. Work/Life balance wasnt terrible, people respected you when you were on PTO.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful. Benefits were terrible. Growth and training were horrible. All leadership cared about is how fat their check book could get and when the next flight on the private jet is.

      Just some of the people that are left.

      Cons

      Berg puts on a good façade to their employees that they are in a good spot and they are going to prosper from their hard work they put in. In reality they don’t win jobs, no culture is made, benefits are a joke, no advancement opportunities, turnover seems like a weekly occurrence and leadership treats everyone as replaceable.
