Excellent products and prices, low stress, great loyal customers, simple POS system, very inclusive environment.
Cons
Not a livable wage with today’s cost of living! Too much outdated paperwork required of management and leadership. Poor training of new hires(too much theory on the computer-irrelevant to everyday procedures and customer interactions).
