covid management is appalling - advised that if during my stay I had to isolate due to covid - it would be in a tent outside with no access to a shower. boss has no respect or appreciation for her staff - was sworn at multiple times as well as being negatively spoken about to team members. no job security as there is a 3 month probationary period , feel like you are treading on eggshells to avoid being fired at any moment.
