Typical day at this (work) you have to run up to 10-15 km per day chasing store visitors with an iPad in one of your hands , and be physically strong enough to run a daily marathon. All this for minimum salary. Don't matter how much you make in commission you still earn less than minimum salary and even less -1 hr for lunch from an 8 hr schedule so you gt paid for 7 hr instead. The manager (Albert) is a disaster, a unbalanced, rude at all the times, as he use to say "The Brick Way" Way" Is it the Brick way" to not acknowledge employee about duties and running daily marathons, cut your gallery, pay commission to some other salesman for practice.The management workplace culture is none. The hardest part of the job: Dealing with rude hysterical unstable, heavy smokers. Nothing good to say, only stay as fur away as possible.
