Often exciting emerging tech projects and a solid base of long-standing client partnerships. This is a great place for people interested in leadership and are interested in learning new skills. Good benefits, ego-less, supportive culture with emphasis on taking pride in the work.
Cons
Can be very fast-paced as is normal for an agency, there is a need to grow technical leadership, not a good fit for junior people who are not willing to take ownership, it is a small team that will require you to jump in quickly with established confidence and good professional judgement.
