Owner only cares about making a buck. HR Manager will back stab and lie if she don’t like you. Owner is the exact same way. Don’t stick up for yourself if you want to keep your job. They like employees that they can walk all over. They love to hire very un-experienced people so they can under pay them, and find reason to get rid of the ones that are making more money. I have seen about a dozen good working people get fired for NO REAL REASON, yet they keep the ones constantly making mistakes and have no common sense.

Had a few good people to work with that made working there bare-able.
