Pros
There are some great campaign bonus (Extra money for your development) The salary is very good, and all the extra benefits they offer. The people over here are very nice and friendly Its very a nice place to work. I love that you can work on your personal computer.
Cons
I work from home and im not able to be with my coworkers and spend time with them, or enjoy the happy fridays on site (every friday they bring free food for the people that work over there)
