Pros
During my time at Cheescake factory I had the pleasure of working with a great team who really helped me learn the job. Even the managers didn’t hesitate to step in and help when things got busy. The opportunity to progress within the restaurant is great. The uniforms fit comfortably and I was never short on the equipment I needed to get the job done.
Cons
The hours can be long due to understaffing. The knifes they had for employees to use were a bit dull. Things weren’t consistently organized the same way and this often led to more time off the line looking for stuff. Pay isn’t really that high.
