Pros
-Flexible schedule -Average $15/hour -Offers benefits if you average at least 30 hours -Management is alright (some great, some not), though hit or miss in their effectiveness and tact
Cons
-Corporate atmosphere i.e. you do things because you are told to not because they always make the most sense -Management is hit or miss (see above). Often they seemed more concerned with hitting their numbers so they can get their bonuses than with creating a positive work environment. Employee successes are vaguely if ever recognized. -Low amount of internal development. As an example I have been with the company for 3+ years and have been positively recognized a number of times (no small feat here) and have spoken to several managers about the possibility of growth within the company and have received luke warm responses and vague encouragements. Advancement in this company seems to stem more from how buddy buddy you are with management than how well you perform your responsibilities.
