Pros
- Flexible Schedule - Cash money given at end of every shift
Cons
- Clientele - Extremely fast paced dine in service. There are never enough servers/managers/bussers on the floor to deal with the high volume of customers. - There are more tasks a server has to do at this restaurant than any other one. Often times you'll see servers baking bread when it's super busy. - Work culture is not the best. They'll hire anyone they can get their hands on. It's a revolving door of new workers for a reason.
