Pros
At first it is an inspiring workplace and you feel energised. However, that quickly changes when you see what is really motivating the CEO/Owner.
Cons
You are expected to work long hours without any additional benefits such as time off in lieu, overtime or even a swings and round abouts system of taking time off here or there when needed without having to claim leave. The thing that bothered me the most was signing up students who weren't suited and using NLP and other sales tactics to get them over the line. That I found to be morally and ethically corrupt. I also note allot of these reviews that are super positive are written in chunks by different people either on, or around the same date. I feel this is clearly staff being asked to do reviews to bump up their rating on this website. What current staff member that is being asked to write a review would say anything negative? Read these reviews with caution, the CEO is known to check out these sites and will enlist people to improve the ratings scores they're given by stacking with positive reviews.
