Pros

There use to be a lot of "pros" when area was under CCR, and before that - CCE. They slowly taken away most of the "pros". They they did keep the seniority so we can have the weeks of vacation that we have collected throughout the years. And they've kept the same health, dental, vision benefits… Which are good.

Cons

Executive leadership is deciding to rule the company by fear tactics. That is the only thing that keeps us doing our job. There hasn't been merit raises since they taken over.....bonuses are still in question. Flexibility is of our jobs have been taken away....we are micromanaged to death. Company morale is at an all-time low. But it just seems executive leadership does not care, we are all just a number to them....not a person with outside lives and families. They are losing seasoned, tenured employees… Very good employees… And they just don't care.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
