Pros

You can put Coca-Cola on your resume when you figure out that the culture and direction the company is heading is not conducive to a long term healthy career. Get the experience and get out.

Cons

Delivery. Unions will be eliminated within a few years to make way for a centralized distribution model. Drivers need to assess their future now. You are Coca Cola's most expensive liability; tractor, trailer, benefits, pay. You will be replaced by a third party courier as soon as the union is gone. You thought losing your 401K match was bad, just wait. They WILL eliminate unions. Sales/Management Technology advancements will eliminate 1/3 of the Account Management staff. Roles will continue to be eliminated resulting in additional work loads for those remaining. Pay. Below the industry average for all sales & management roles. Overworked and underpaid.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
