Pros

Big name om the resume Clear expectations OK Pay not stellar free coke !? Good benefits

Cons

Rigid large company BS. No team cohesiveness. Arogance of mid management. Entreprenurial spirit is penalized. At a time, overt cultural tension in the office. It all dpends on the department you are a part of in order to be in a respectable role. If you are in a marketing area, I could imagine the experience being better than in others (where i was). If you want external training - forget about it. You need to keep on top of your leadership to seek feedback, otherwise it can be more of a principal's office experiene Do not work outside of the bounds of your role - you will get slapped down

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
