Pros

Working with the most recognizable global brands and marketers in the world. Truly global presence and capabilities touching every corner of the globe. Opportunity to work in many different locations and roles. Some of the best compensation and benefits packages in the industry. Atlanta headquarters supports good work/life balance.

Cons

Franchise bottler system which challenges speed to market and innovation. Culture of creative tension which has created a highly-competitive, low-collaborative working environment where individual accomplishments largely outweigh team wins. A PowerPoint culture - vs. an Excel or Word one. Have over-compensated a bit on diversity resulting in slow promotional movement for many associates.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
