Pros
The corporate facility is kept nicely, and you can use company time as personal time. Performance is WAY DOWN on the list of their priorities and is not even a concern on performance reviews.
Cons
The lack of a human resources department leaves employees no avenue to discuss major issues with. Harassment, personal issues, and other problems are dealt with by mid-management, and are usually 'swept under the rug' until you are so uncomfortable that you leave.
