      Their annual review process leaves you feeling motivated and ready to take on additional challenges. They share pertinent company information with more people than who actually needs to know so everyone can see the results of the work they are doing.

      I really don't have anything negative to say about the company. They do an outstanding job listening to their employees and ensuring we have the right tools to do our jobs well.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
