Pros

Flexible with schedules, consistent clientele every week, casual work attire, some good management, customers that tip well (on average), ability for high-turnover and/or high-check averages.

Cons

Some of the management in the Santa Monica and Century City locations were not very qualified. Things like: smiling at guests, and treating employees as employees (and not as friends) sometimes came hard to some of the managers I worked under. It is a weird feeling to think are putting on a better face for the company than your own boss. The reason I left the company was because management was often friends with staff, and those staff would get better shifts even though they were far inferior in their serving abilities and constantly made mistakes and skipped shifts. But there are some good managers as well, so I only took one star away for this.

Pros

Free delicious burger once per shift. Tips.

Cons

Host got paid the least with tips but did just as much work as waiters during busy hours.
