      morale has been driven into the ground. They don't listen to the people who have worked there and spent years running the place. Everyone feels disposable

      Nonprofits, art institutions and schools have their issues and dis functions, but overall working here has been a really rewarding and wonderful experience

      Vindictive, inept leadership that punishes workers for the most minor of things, or makes up things to punish people for.
