      Pros

      They tend to attract outstanding, passionate people, who are motivated to do something about things that matter. Entrepreneurial culture, you're encouraged to improve and suggest things. Fast-paced environment. There is room for growth. And the team tends to make for a very fun work environment.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership - from not caring about people to downright aggressive behaviour. Sometimes very toxic, especially towards women. Opportunistic approach - they will go where the money is, despite much talk of purpose and values. Do not really practice what they preach to companies and partners - poor track record in terms of inclusion, work-life balance, etc.

      Pros

      The colleagues are generally nice and well-intentioned.

      Cons

      Severe turnover due to poor leadership and vision. Misleading in stated mission vs. reality. Not really a force for good/doing but more of a really small consultancy who will work with anyone who will pay them. No one seems to last more than a year or two except management.
