Everyone is friendly, open and collaborative Lots of emphasis on self-development. That's how they have some of the best users of Tableau and Alteryx There's always someone to help. No stupid questions. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to nurturing the culture. Not just the veterans

Living in organised chaos. Partly a result of a flat structure and the "startup mentality" they're trying to maintain. But the company's growing and the need for more structure is becoming more and more obvious.
