      The Denver Foundation is a community foundation and truly is part of the community. It is hard not to feel like you are making a difference by working there.

      Uninspired leadership. Employees don't feel valued. They are often dealing with crises the organization has inflicted upon itself.

      The culture of this community foundation takes the pie. It is the best environment I have worked in. Kindness is a standard at this company. Great work-life balance.
