Pros
I have been with The Doyle Group in Denver for 3 years and by far the best job I have had. Reasons being:
1. Small collaborative environment
2. Opinions are heard and implemented
3. Earn your trust and respect from others and you achieve anything
4. Positive management, they are wanting the best for you personally and professionally
5. Positive mentor ship, we may be small, but we are always looking to get the best out of someone.
6. Flexible work schedules
7. Caring-we care about our clients and our consultants, not just about their job but about them personally
8. Lasting relationships-most business we have comes from referrals. Which says a ton about how successful we are with relationships.
9. FUN-work hard and play hard
10. Advancement. If you have a goal to be at the top, the only thing stopping you is yourself. This company provides every chance for you to set your goals high and achieve them. Again, only thing in your way, is you.
11. Challenging, nothing in this business is the same on a daily basis. Each day is different and has different challenges.
Cons
Turnover. In the recruiting business, it is hard to keep employees around who truly want to be doing what they are doing. It is a hard profession and takes a lot of grit and determination to succeed.
Finding individuals who want to be there. This company paves the way for your success, but it takes certain individuals who want to be along for the ride.
Some days location-Denver traffic is bad anywhere anymore though
