Positive, helpful staff, more than happy to answer questions/provide assistance as you settle into role. Enjoyable day-to-day, encouraged to interact with customers. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Obsession with upsells - mainly because of policy from Merlin.

Pros

Lovely co-workers and managers. Certainly a fun bunch to work with.

Cons

You do get the occasional horribly rude customers. Given that there is no inside waiting area, visitors cannot wait out rain or stay out of the sun while waiting for their time assigned tour. This means that the front of house teams receive a lot of grief and rude comments.

- Amazing team of managers - Getting time off is relatively easy with shift swaps - Lots of fun - Very social

Cons

- No sick pay - Hourly rate is low for the level of work you're putting in - Can be extremely tiring in your first few weeks - Huge balance of customer service/attraction work, not purely performance
