Lovely co-workers and managers. Certainly a fun bunch to work with.

You do get the occasional horribly rude customers. Given that there is no inside waiting area, visitors cannot wait out rain or stay out of the sun while waiting for their time assigned tour. This means that the front of house teams receive a lot of grief and rude comments.

fun colleagues and a fast-paced environment where things are constantly happening. you get to go on tours every time there's a new attraction. good pay

sometimes intoxicated people would come in which was intimidating
