Engage is a genuinely rare environment in recruitment. I had nearly four years of consistent support, trust and autonomy, with leadership who backed me to build my own market my own way. The culture is friendly, collaborative and motivating — I never dreaded Mondays and always felt excited to log in. The people made the biggest difference: smart, down-to-earth colleagues who became some of my closest friends, plus managers who encouraged growth without micromanaging. I was given room to develop, earned multiple promotions, and became a top biller because of the environment created around me.

Fast-paced, high-expectation environment that won’t suit everyone. Recruitment can be emotionally demanding, and success requires self-discipline and resilience. If you prefer heavy structure or constant direction, the autonomy here might feel challenging. Beyond that, very few real negatives during my time.

In recruitment its very hard to find such a happy, supporting and positive place to work. From the beginning at that first click of applying the process was so easy and smooth. The first phone call with the managing consultant who is now my manager was an instant at ease process. Everything was explained simply and it got even better when I come into my interview within the office. Everyone was lovely, friendly and I knew from meeting the team I wanted to be part of the family. Everyone is very supportive and makes you feel welcome from day 1. Unlimited celebration chocolates on my door step, clear progression and a happy office... what more could anyone want?! I would recommend this place highly :)
