The people made the biggest difference: smart, down-to-earth colleagues who became some of my closest friends, plus managers who encouraged growth without micromanaging. I was given room to develop, earned multiple promotions, and became a top biller because of the environment created around me.
Cons
Fast-paced, high-expectation environment that won’t suit everyone. Recruitment can be emotionally demanding, and success requires self-discipline and resilience. If you prefer heavy structure or constant direction, the autonomy here might feel challenging. Beyond that, very few real negatives during my time.
