      Great people and easy going work environment. Low stress considering the work required and amount of work to be done. Work trips, events, young company, and a fun place to work overall. Working 4 9hr days and 1 4 on Friday is a plus. Lenient on 4 10's on occasion as well.

      Cons

      Pay and Immense amount of tedious drafting In Lou Of actual engineering.
