Pros
Coworkers and middle management seems to be very helpful cooperative and friendly.
Cons
Company does not provide accurate information about health insurance eligibility upfront. They tell you one time frame then after you've accepted the job and worked there for that time frame, they change their story and say "oh that's the date you can apply, your coverage doesn't start for another month." Total disregard for employee's needs outside of a paycheck...... they delay the start of health coverage while at the same time allow several people to roam around the office without masks on when there's a mask order in place during a pandemic. Extra covid exposure while delaying health insurance longer than they state in their offer letter.
