Pros

Great work atmosphere and amazing people to work with and for. Leadership is always encouraging growth and development. Great opportunities to further your knowledge with WPP programs. It's a place where hard work is recognized, and everyone has the chance to contribute to the company’s success.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the food industry can sometimes lead to tight deadlines or long hours, which can be a bit stressful at times. However, this is something that comes with the territory, and the team always pulls together to meet those challenges.

Pros

Cross-functional expertise and support; leadership that cares about the well-being of its employees professionally and personally; work with exciting brands and clients; resources when we need them. There are folks here that have been here for many years, which is not typical for an agency.

Cons

Not much disposable income for things you would get on the larger brand manufacturer or operator sides (like expensive company-wide offsites) but the important things are resourced.
