Not really a con- growing fast and lots to do. That's true of any startup.

The team is very small so you get quick responses.

You do not get paid for your hard work until a deal closes, and even then, you have to wait until the next quarter *only if you still work there* in order to receive your commission. Overall it was a waste of time working at this company and glad I decided to move on.
