      Pros

      The team is very small so you get quick responses.

      Cons

      You do not get paid for your hard work until a deal closes, and even then, you have to wait until the next quarter *only if you still work there* in order to receive your commission. Overall it was a waste of time working at this company and glad I decided to move on.

      Pros

      Incredible opportunity to grow, and with the CEO and board to build a new business from the ground up. It was hard, we have big goals - but there is also a great team, great product and clients.

      Cons

      it is a lot of work, that takes, thought and time. There is no time to mail it in.
