Pros

The company initially fostered a fantastic culture during its first year. However, everything underwent a significant shift when a new management team assumed control.

Cons

Inadequate leadership, including CEOs, CFOs, and certain department heads lacking qualifications, has resulted in the poor management of the company. This has led to detrimental decision-making, with the newcomers often bearing the brunt of the consequences. A significant amount of money has been squandered by the management, some of which appears to have mysteriously vanished into their own pockets. They don’t know how to set targets, forecast, vision or anything. Furthermore, the company has been hiring unnecessary employees and inventing positions solely to portray an image of growth, despite the fact that there are team members who are already overwhelmed with a workload that exceeds their capacity and getting paid less and their efforts are unappreciated , Meanwhile, there are other unproductive team members , yet still receiving very high salaries and promotions just because they are friends to department lead and management

Pros

I've been with TGM for the last 2 years, and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. TGM truly understands the importance of work-life balance, flexibility and support for employees. The supportive environment, opportunities for remote work during the times its needed (for something that has come up), they make it easy to manage personal and professional commitments effectively. The HR team always makes sure to go above and beyond to ensure employees feel valued and supported. Whether it’s addressing concerns promptly or organizing engaging wellness initiatives, the HR team consistently fosters a positive and inclusive culture. The leadership team is equally committed to creating a welcoming and empowering workplace. They are approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely care about the growth and well-being of their employees. Overall, TGM is an excellent place to work for anyone seeking a fulfilling career in a company that prioritizes its people. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where you’re encouraged to thrive both professionally and personally.

Cons

Sometimes we need to take on additional responsibilities outside our formal job descriptions, which can be overwhelming at times, but that is just a normal process of working at a start-up.

Pros

I’ve had an amazing experience working at The Giving Movement! It’s so exciting to be part of a brand that’s not only super popular but also genuinely making an impact. Seeing people wearing the brand out in the city fills me with pride. The recent retail expansion is such a positive sign—we’ve got big stores in some of the most iconic malls in Dubai, which just shows how much TGM is growing. The company ensures salaries are paid on time, which adds to the trust factor. What really stands out for me is how much effort goes into engaging all employees, making sure everyone feels involved and appreciated. And of course, the charity initiatives are the cherry on top—it feels great to be part of a brand that gives back. Overall, a fantastic place to work!

Cons

Nothing to share, all okay.
