The owners are both terrible leaders in their own ways. Nobody knows what the President does. She does enjoy the party/alcohol atmosphere of the 40+ conferences the company hosts. The CEO is nice and smart but is weak and cant stand up to the President. Everybody wants to quit. There are 35 current employees and more than 25 people have left in the last several years.
