I am writing this review as a warning message for whoever is considering to join Honest. Avoid it if you already have a job, basically don't quit your job for this one whatever the position was. If you are unemployed and desperate then go for it. Company's values and culture died with mass layoffs, focus is entirely on breaking even so lots of cost cutting including lowering investment in people's development, they even cut the snacks budget to make the bottom line look healthier. you will not be supported or protected even if you officially complained about harassment at the workplace, they will retaliate against you (which is illegal but they don't realize that). continuous strategy changes keeps everyone spinning in their place.
