      This company gives back to you as an employee what you put in. They care about keeping talented and dedicated people. From my personal experience they are willing to compensate fairly as well.

      Flexible hours, temperature controlled shop floor, fun work environment, clean work facility very interesting projects to work on. AMAZING senior leaderships.

      Pros

      You can work your own desired shift. Co-workers are fun and you get to eat all the time.

      Cons

      The owner has an ego that many laugh at and only cares about what did you do for me today. They do not honor MLK or Juneteenth Day. When slow, they claim they will never lay off but instead they fire without any previous warnings, or they are made up warnings.
