      Family comes 1st 100% flexibility No corporate BS Get it done and have fun doing it Potlucks, parties, bonuses no travel

      Cons

      If you like to be micromanaged and endure the corporate grind this is not for you. You can't blend in and hide and skate by. You get a lot of freedom and fun but you will be held accountable

      - Smaller company - Everyone is friendly - Opportunities to grow within - Owner usually one site and very approachable - No lay offs ever

      Cons

      - 10 min breaks vs traditional 15 - NYE is not a celebrated holiday - During busy season, shop gets crowded from production volume - Insurance premium are higher due to a smaller sized company
