      Family comes 1st 100% flexibility No corporate BS Get it done and have fun doing it Potlucks, parties, bonuses no travel

      Cons

      If you like to be micromanaged and endure the corporate grind this is not for you. You can't blend in and hide and skate by. You get a lot of freedom and fun but you will be held accountable

      Flexible hours, temperature controlled shop floor, fun work environment, clean work facility very interesting projects to work on. AMAZING senior leaderships.

      Pros

      You can work your own desired shift. Co-workers are fun and you get to eat all the time.

      Cons

      The owner has an ego that many laugh at and only cares about what did you do for me today. They do not honor MLK or Juneteenth Day. When slow, they claim they will never lay off but instead they fire without any previous warnings, or they are made up warnings.
