      Pros

      The Inn at Belden Village is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. The residents always come first.

      Cons

      Low wages and long hours. Lots of hanky panky going on between managers and much younger subordinates, especially in kitchen staff. Inappropriate avtivity led to favortism and staff gossip. Made it a very disfuntional place to work with lots of turnover.

      Pros

      Good company, good people to work with, good management. Very good in training and working with peoples’ schedules.

      Cons

      The salaries could be a bit better, but all in all, there are really not many cons to give.

      Pros

      The elderly are fun to work around and get to know. You always get to pick up more hours, only because the retention rate is so low here people quit everyday.

      Cons

      People quit their jobs here constantly, so when you work your usually doing 3 people's jobs all for minimum wage.
