Fun place to work if you are young, single, and have no career ambitions

Pros
Friendly people that really care about the residents. Party like atmosphere.
Cons
Low wages and if you want to buy benefits they are really high. Lots of workplace affairs that make for a very dysfunctional work environment.

Pros
The Inn at Belden Village is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. The residents always come first.
Cons
Low wages and long hours. Lots of hanky panky going on between managers and much younger subordinates, especially in kitchen staff. Inappropriate avtivity led to favortism and staff gossip. Made it a very disfuntional place to work with lots of turnover.
