Thank you for your review. We definitely take pride in our fun work environment. We are sorry that some of the areas that you drove to were farther away. The good news is that our client has given us the entire southern half of New Jersey to manage for them. The bad news is that is a lot of area to cover. As you know businesses are everywhere and in order for us to achieve our clients objectives we have to sometimes make some sacrifices and drive a bit farther to visit with those business owners. Also we don't do residential sales. We work strictly with small to medium size businesses in the South Jersey region. Lastly, in our interview process we educate our candidate on what we do and why we do it. We also review details like the daily schedule, compensation, health insurance, gym reimbursements, and additional bonuses. There are commissions involved in what we do so we like to give our candidates averages. Some interviewers will give different averages that coordinate to what they are responsible for on a weekly basis. Hopefully that makes sense and we apologize for the confusion.

Pros

Literally everyone in the office is awesome including the boss, who is very approachable, unlike most bosses, and always willing to help. The environment is upbeat and the training provided is very thorough. Employees have the potential to learn a lot not just about sales but also can get a good grasp on how a business is run (interviewing, training other people, etc). The boss always has a great attitude and even after a bad day, coming back to the office with the co-workers definitely can bring your spirits back up. Every thursdays there's office nights at a different local place and they're always a lot of fun. There's also pretty cool bonuses and incentives such as office contests and whatnot. Great teamwork environment.

Cons

This can be good or bad, but it's 100% commission. (there is a base+ option but that only benefits if you hit 3 sales that week. If you make 2 or less, or 4 or more, you'll benefit from the 100% option.) You pay for your own gas (unless you hit numbers that 90% of people usually don't hit), and you work about 56 hour weeks (m-s). Advancing to assistant management is definitely an up and down road, as in my experience I've seen people be very close to it one week and the next week have to rebuild their teams. You definitely need to be able to take a hit and get back up multiple times- which is similar to any business but this also involves depending on other people and that they'll stick with you as opposed to your own personal drive.
